We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Web Developer to join our team. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and improving our company web pages, programs, and applications. You should be comfortable working with both front-end and back-end technologies and collaborating with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to create seamless and engaging digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code using best software development practices
- Create website layout/user interfaces using HTML/CSS and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue)
- Integrate data from various back-end services and databases (e.g., REST APIs)
- Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to match visual design intent
- Maintain, expand, and scale websites and web applications as assigned
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software
Requirements
- Proven working experience in web development
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Familiarity with server-side technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Python, or Ruby
- Experience working with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience with version control systems like Git
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, CI/CD pipelines)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG)
